Volunteering through Voluntary Action South West Surrey – a lot of people are offering help and support to our communities, those who are self-isolating and those who are ill at this time. It is however important that this is done in a safe coordinated manner. Guildford Community Angels – Support for anyone facing isolation, loneliness and anxiety at this difficult time, helping people to stay connected to their community. We can provide weekly phone calls with a trained local volunteer. We’re here to support adults of all ages and life stages in Guildford Borough, especially adults who are most vulnerable and at risk of isolation. Emergency Fund for Community Organisations
Mole Valley District Council is launching an Emergency Fund to support community organisations who are delivering vital services in Mole Valley throughout this unprecedented time. Grants of up to £5,000 are available to help with additional running costs or for specific projects, particularly those that aim to help our most vulnerable residents.
